Ensure high quality food is produced as per customer requirement, expectation and presentation
Make daily orders for purchase and compile daily stock sheet reports
Check quantity and quality of stock received and notify HOD of any deficiencies
Ensure high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and safety inside the work place is observed throughout food preparation and storage areas
Experienced in cooking Continental Cuisine, Chinese, Italian and Indian dishes in a hot kitchen
Excellent communication skills
Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
CV, National ID, Passport Size Photo, K.C.S.E Minimum Mean Grade C
Diploma in food production, hospitality and service management
Have other courses related to the above field
Must have good communication skills
Minimum 2 years experience
