• Attend client meetings as required. Some may be in the evenings or at night.
• Conduct business analysis, market research, time estimation for project stages.
• Assist and review development of project scopes, including consideration of resources and technological constraints.
• Clarify and communicate project objectives and success criteria to team.
• Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
• Serve as a gateway between clients and the development team.
• Conduct regular project review meetings.
• Assure that projects are completed according to schedule and within budget.
• Ensure that project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Assist with developing quality assurance processes, documentation, and testing.
• Develop roadmaps to make processes more efficient.
• Manage each project’s scope and timeline
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
• Provide product demos as needed

• Strong project management skills.
• Professional written and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a highly collaborative cross-functional engineering team environment.
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
• Multi-tasking under stress to meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in information technology or other related fields.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Assembla, Wrike, JIRA, etc.).
• View clarity of communication as a competitive advantage.
• Team player with good collaborative skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to change.
• Enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic, challenging work environment.
• Experience in a scrum master role
• Familiarity with software development
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
• Scrum master certification is a big plus
