Technical Specifications Fire Rating Fire rated door is tested according to DIN 4102 standard (equivalent to TS 1263 and BS 476) and rated as F120AB since the door performed a fire resistance duration of 120 minutes.
Leaf Both faces of door leaf are produced from 1.0 mm thick cold rolled steel sheet by bending process, fit to each other and spot-welded. Gypsumboards are glued to metal surfaces from inside and rockwool is placed between the gypsumboards. One pair of omega shape-bent vertical stiffeners from 1.0 mm thick steel are placed inside the leaf to provide extra strength for deformation. Total leaf thickness for single leaf and double leaf doors are 70 mm and 80 mm, respectively. On hinge side of the leaf, there are three pieces of fixed security bolts, which enters to the special casing on the frame during closed position of the leaf.
Frame Door frame is produced from 1.8 mm thick cold rolled steel sheet and the corner joints of frames are continuously welded. Frame is composed of two parts which are fixed to each other by screwing under the gasket groove. There are no exposed screws as the gasket covers the groove.
Hinge Each leaf contains three hinges which are adjustable in three axis or 2 spring hinges could be used instead of three adjustable hinges. Panicbar External Handle Finish All exposed surfaces are painted with electrostatical powder paint and cured at 220C.
Sealing Sealing is provided by epdm gaskets inside the special grooves located at head and jambs of the frame. Self adhasive intumescent fire seals, activated at 180C are placed on the inner surface of head and jambs as Door Closer Hinge well.
