Responsibilities for this position include:
· Work in a busy college.
· Answer phones, receive and direct visitors, take and relay messages; provide routine information to students, parents or guardians.
· Perform a variety of clerical activities, including preparing routine correspondence, sorting and filing of records, documents, mail and other material.
· Operate a variety of contemporary office equipment.
· Assist, interact or reply clients' queries on social media
· Assist in supervising students sent to the office for fees or other reasons.
· Perform related duties as assigned.
· Maintain punctual and consistent attendance.
The applicant must have at least Degree in either customer care, sales and marketing, ICT, Business, or any other office admin related course
