The project will sit on 5 acre just 200 metres from the main tarmac road and Joska town and 13 km from the Eastern Bypass. Each block will house 12 units (4 units per floor. 3 floors per block) estate subdivided into courts – each court has 4 blocks. Each court will house 48 units. Parking will be communal but strategically set for each block. The site will house a bio-digester to enhance waste management and recycling. The estimated construction period is 18-24 months. Ceramic floor tiles inbuilt wardrobes and kitchen cabinets, tiled kitchen worktops, fibre-optic cable-TV, data and intercom provision, solar water heating, stone perimeter wall, steel casement windows and external doors. Green areas, lawn sprinklers playing field rooftop and ground laundry areas compacted marram roads with quarry dust street lighting.
Ground breaking in November 2016 and will run for 24 months.
