All staff must be fluent in written and spoken English and Swahili; and able and willing to travel frequently within Kenya to work under Held conditions. Experience on USAID-funded programs, and/or with county health governance in Narok, Trans Nzoia, Uasin Gishu, Turkana, Samburu, Baringo, Kiambu. And/or Kitui, is desired. Under the direction of the Operations Manager, s/he will manage the front office, logistics, miscellaneous procurement and administration of the project. S/he will be responsible for maintaining clean, organized public areas, monitoring visitor access, answering Incoming calls, and performing other clerical duties such as photocopying, preparing correspondence, assisting with staff travel needs, and maintaining office petty cash
• A diploma in administration and/or secretarial studies is required, bachelor's degree preferred, plus 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably with a USAI D- funded project.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Sound understanding and experience in administration and logistics management.
