to apply: Human Resources Officer Ref: HRO - 1/2012 Reporting to the Human Resources and Administration Manager, the successful candidate will develop, advise on and implement policies relating to effective use of personnel within the company, ensure that the company enjoys the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience and that training and development opportunities are available to employees to enhance their performance and achieve the company?s business aims. The ideal candidate must have a degree (Social Sciences) or a Bachelor of Business Administration (Human Resources Management) degree, a post-graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and at least six (6) years relevant work experience in a busy manufacturing concern. In addition, the candidate must be business driven, with strong financial acumen a member of a recognized professional body with demonstrated commitment to consistent implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
